1) When you pay something online it is free.
2) When you send money from your balance: 3.4% + €0.35 EUR
3) When you send money from your card the fee is   3.4% + €0.35 EUR but the sender decides who will pay it.
4) If you are a merchant receiving money costs 1.9% to 3.4% + €0.35 EUR
 5) If you withdraw to your VISA card the fee is 2 EUR
6) There is an option to withdraw to bank account only if you have such in the US.
